Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Support Assistant to join our team at Unilever Nigeria in Port Harcourt. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. 2. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas. 3. Support the execution of various projects by conducting research and preparing reports. 4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 5. Assist with organizing company events and outings. 6. Handle incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate team members. 7. Maintain and update company databases and records. 8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion and attention to detail soft skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 6. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
