Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

AB InBev is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at an Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to team members for technical issues, software troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Assisting with the setup of virtual meetings and conferences - Managing and organizing digital files and documents - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow - Maintaining accurate records of all remote support activities - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with remote support tools and platforms is a plus
