Job Description:
As a Remote Support Assistant at Globacom, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to customers remotely. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and updates, and providing guidance on how to use various digital products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers. 3. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions. 4. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills.
