Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Andela in Abuja, NG. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This role is part-time and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team to ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and feedback. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 7. Drive innovation in customer service delivery and processes.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 4. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 7. Experience in a tech or software company is preferred.
