Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Support Manager at Union Bank, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the support operations within the organization. This role requires a driven and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support operations. 4. Analyze support data and trends to identify areas for improvement. 5. Implement best practices and procedures to optimize support processes. 6. Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints. 7. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 8. Collaborate with senior management to develop support goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support or customer service role. 3. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Experience managing a team. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of banking industry practices is a plus.
