Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


PwC Nigeria is seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, have attention to detail, and possess strong analytical skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support staff to provide excellent service to clients. 2. Oversee day-to-day operations of remote support services and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 3. Develop and implement best practices for remote support operations. 4. Monitor performance metrics and ensure team meets KPIs. 5. Train and onboard new team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve remote support services. 8. Handle escalations and difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in a remote support role. 3. Proven track record of managing remote support teams effectively. 4. Strong communication and leadership skills. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other remote support tools. 8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
