Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Manager to join our team at Sterling Bank in Lagos, NG. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor support ticket queues to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 4. Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address recurring customer issues and implement proactive solutions. 6. Analyze support data and produce reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the support team, promoting creativity and decision-making. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 6. Creativity and strong decision-making skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
