Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

SLB is seeking a confident and reliable Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Ibadan, Nigeria, with an Associate Level seniority and a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring support staff to enhance their skills and performance.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and have a strong ability to work well in a team environment. You must be a confident communicator, able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. As a Support Manager, you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.


In addition to the required personality traits and soft skills, the successful candidate for this role must have a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Experience in a customer support role or similar field is essential, as is a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
