Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account-related questions and provide support with navigating our platform. 3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. 5. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. 6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve customer service processes. 7. Use emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer concerns and provide personalized solutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or support role. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds. 4. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred. 6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. 7. Strong research skills and emotional intelligence to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
