Job Description:
Huawei is seeking a reliable and motivated Support Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and internal teams in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex technical problems. 3. Create and maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions. 4. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Assist in the development of support processes and procedures to improve efficiency. 6. Perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts and inquiries. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent planning and critical thinking abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software. 6. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
