Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Support Officer to join our team at Nestlé. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers in Port Harcourt, NG. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and smooth operations of our clients by assisting them with technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware related problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex issues - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry updates to better assist customers - Provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement and potential opportunities
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Resourceful and driven individual who can work independently - Ability to use persuasion and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology - Ability to work part-time hours as needed
