Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Officer to work remotely from home in Lagos, NG. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various issues 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures 5. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed 8. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 8. Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
