Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Support Specialist to join our team at Kuda Bank in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting various operational tasks within the organization. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems. 4. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and services. 5. Assisting with data entry, administrative tasks, and other projects as needed. 6. Continuously learning about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions. 8. Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others. 5. Resourceful and proactive approach to finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Energetic and positive attitude towards work and customer interactions. 7. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
