Support Specialist

Job Description:

Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Support Specialist at GTBank, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our customers and internal teams. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their banking inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Provide technical support to internal teams on various systems and applications - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions for future reference - Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures within the support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Independent and reliable individual who can work well under pressure - Strong leadership and adaptability skills to handle various situations effectively - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
