Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers, resolving issues related to telecommunications services, internet connectivity, and mobile devices - Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to better assist customers with their technical needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience in providing technical support in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking abilities to quickly assess and troubleshoot technical issues
