Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Airtel Nigeria is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Assistant at Airtel Nigeria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and promote company promotions. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and targets. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the team lead.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Independent and confident personality traits. 4. Excellent planning and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. 6. Experience with web chat platforms and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
