Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team at British American Tobacco in Abuja, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via web chat. 2. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet or exceed established performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Reliable and driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service software. 6.
