Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Access Bank is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a motivated and independent individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with online transactions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistent service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet performance goals and targets - Complete administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Strong computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Strong time management skills - Ability to cooperate with team members to achieve common goals - Motivated and self-driven - Must be located in Ibadan, Nigeria
