Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Andela. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Excellent written communication skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
