Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tropical General Investments. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role will require you to work remotely from your location in Port Harcourt, NG.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize resources efficiently to provide accurate and timely responses to customers - Meet performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to a remote work environment
