Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description: Paystack is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through web chat and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is part-time and located in Abuja, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong planning and adaptability soft skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software.
