Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at DHL in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, cooperative, and have a strategic planning mindset.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries, and providing general information about DHL services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across various communication channels. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate departments. 7. Adhere to all company guidelines and performance metrics to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
