Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at DHL in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the web chat platform. 2. Manage chat conversations efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with other team members to address customer issues and resolve problems. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers. 5. Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and procedures related to web chat support.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and typing skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
