Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a passionate and dedicated Web Chat Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level employee with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality control and adherence to company policies - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and improve processes - Work closely with other departments to align chat services with overall business objectives - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer interactions - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
