Web Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Web Chat Manager to join our team at IHS Towers in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing our web chat services and ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat. 3. Monitor chat logs and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. 4. Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance goals. 5. Collaborate with other departments to align web chat services with overall business objectives. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 7.
