Job Description - Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Konga Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat operations and ensuring exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the web chat team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop, implement, and optimize chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in communication. 4. Train and mentor chat agents to enhance their performance and productivity. 5. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and to generate reports for senior management. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chat strategies with overall business goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the web chat experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Web Chat Manager or similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 6. Innovative and analytical soft skills. 7. Proficiency in chat software and technology. 8. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 9. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 10. Experience in e-commerce or retail industries is a plus.
