Job Description: SLB is seeking a dedicated and motivated Web Chat Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Offer product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences - Research and gather information to effectively address customer concerns and questions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly and effectively - Proficient in internet research and problem-solving - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be dedicated and motivated to succeed in a customer-focused role
