Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Interswitch Group is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time role at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through web chat interactions, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints. - Work closely with other departments to gather information and address customer needs in a timely manner. - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify trends and gaps in customer service and propose innovative solutions. - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership of customer concerns and providing effective solutions. - Maintain a high level of confidence and professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards customer service. - Confident in communicating with customers through web chat platforms. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to take charge of customer interactions. - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address customer needs effectively. - Excellent written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
