Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a passionate and confident Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive customer experience - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong typing skills and ability to multitask while engaging in chat conversations - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong cooperation and persuasion skills - Experience with online chat platforms is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
