Job description:
Nestlé is currently seeking a Web Chat Specialist to work from home in Lagos, NG. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals who are resourceful and confident individuals with excellent cooperation skills and attention to detail. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via web chat. 2. Providing accurate information about Nestlé products and services. 3. Offering support and guidance to customers with their purchases. 4. Documenting all interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner. 5.
