This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals who are resourceful and confident individuals with excellent cooperation skills and attention to detail. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via web chat. 2. Providing accurate information about Nestlé products and services. 3. Offering support and guidance to customers with their purchases. 4. Documenting all interactions with customers in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing. 5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 6. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
