Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist at Paystack. This is a part-time remote position based in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
