Job Description:
Lafarge Africa is seeking a talented and motivated Support Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers and internal teams with their inquiries, providing top-notch support and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Assist in training new team members on support processes and systems. 5.
