Job Description - Support Representative - Remote Work

Interswitch Group is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our remote team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Driven and passionate individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
