Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Paylater. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through live chat on our website to provide support, answer queries, and assist with any concerns they may have. This is a remote work position based in Ibadan, NG, and is part-time with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with account management, payment processing, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude - Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms
