Job Description:

PwC Nigeria is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity and cooperation to find solutions to customer problems - Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong soft skills in creativity and cooperation - Proficiency with online chat platforms and CRM systems
