Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Andela is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via web chat with their inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via web chat - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Driven and motivated personality traits - Ability to work remotely and independently - Fluent in English - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
