Kuda Bank is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to assist with account inquiries, technical support, and general questions. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
