Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. This is a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, NG, with a part-time schedule at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Utilize time management skills to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. 5. Demonstrate strong people management skills by remaining calm and professional in all interactions.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. 5. Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
