Paystack is looking for a passionate and independent Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you deliver results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets - Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization - Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Paystack remains competitive in the market

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
