Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in marketing and a strong track record of success. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
