Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in executing and managing various online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a dedicated and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of digital marketing efforts - Create and manage content for social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms - Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth - Support the execution of SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic - Assist in the development and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Provide support in managing website content and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities and projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strategic planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
