Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate level position, the Digital Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in executing and managing various digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to create digital campaigns that align with overall marketing goals - Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies - Assist with website maintenance and optimization to improve user experience and drive conversions - Support the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives - Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
