Job Description:

Andela is seeking a driven and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth - Conduct market research and provide insights for strategic planning

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus - Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
