Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Lafarge Africa, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads through various digital channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as social media, email, and search engine marketing - Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Create engaging content for social media posts, emails, and website copy - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful and confident in making decisions and taking initiative - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Innovative mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
