Wema Bank is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Ibadan, Nigeria, offering part-time hours. As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Manage all aspects of Wema Bank's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertising - Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and tactics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Wema Bank remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns - Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Resilient and motivated personality traits with a strategic planning and leadership mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
