Job Description - Marketing Assistant - Work from home

Interswitch Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Ibadan, NG, and is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the marketing field.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. 2. Create and manage social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in marketing is preferred. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms. 6. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and trends. 7. Adaptable and motivated personality traits. 8. Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
