Job Description:
As a Marketing Associate at Hilton in Port Harcourt, NG, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Create and manage content for digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and insights - Coordinate marketing events and promotions - Monitor and track marketing performance metrics - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects - Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and assets - Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 4 years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and energetic personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
