Job Description:

Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services - Create content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in organizing and executing events and promotional activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives - Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and time management skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
