Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Marketing Associate to join our team at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our hotel and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Hilton in Lagos, NG - Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Adaptability to changing priorities and tight deadlines - Strong presentation skills - Visa sponsorship, Dental insurance, and Employee discounts are included in the benefits package
