Job Description:

Wema Bank is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate Level Marketing professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing plans and strategies - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Manage social media channels and create engaging content - Assist in the organization of marketing events and campaigns - Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics - Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing - Reliable and driven personality - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms - Innovative thinking and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
